FOR YOUR ACCOMMODATION NEEDS: The villa offers 4 bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 - 1 king bed, en suite bathroom.

Bedroom 2 - 1 queen bed.

Bedroom 3 - 1 full and 1 twin bed.

Bedroom 4 - 1 full and 1 twin bed.

The maximum occupancy is 8 guests. There are 3 bathrooms available for your use.

FOR YOUR ENTERTAINMENT: The villa has high-speed internet access and free Wi-Fi available throughout the property. Living room features a huge 75-inch Fire TV, you can login with your own streaming account. You can enjoy a selection of board and card games during your stay. The garage features a game room with a pool table, basketball, foosball, dart board and air hockey. Each bedroom has a smart TV, you can connect to your favorite streaming service.

FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE: You'll discover that all towels and bed linens, including those for the beach or pool, are provided for your convenience during your stay at the villa. Additionally, we offer clock radios, a hairdryer, a washer and dryer, an ironing board, and an iron for your use. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern stainless-steel appliances, including a dishwasher, stove, refrigerator with an icemaker, and a microwave. We also offer coffee makers (both Keurig and drip), a toaster oven, an electric tea kettle, a blender, and a fondue pot. In the kitchen, you'll find an ample supply of pots, dishes, and utensils. We also provide plastic plates and cups, wine glasses, as well as coffee and tea mugs.

The villa is self-catering, but starter supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, and soap are provided for your convenience upon arrival. You will need to purchase and supply your own for the rest of your stay. If you are traveling with an infant or toddler, we have a highchair, booster seat and Pack 'N Play provided in the villa. There is free parking for up to two cars in the driveway. A CVS pharmacy is 5 min drive, Pizza restaurant and Best of British Pub and Cafe, liquor store located near the entrance to the community. Two Publix grocery stores are 5 min drive, and Walmart Superstore is 10 min drive. 

FOR YOUR COMFORT & ENJOYMENT: The villa is fully air-conditioned and has ceiling fans in all bedrooms and the family room. You can enjoy the heated private pool and Jacuzzi/Spa for an additional fee. The pool furniture includes a table, sun loungers and comfy chairs. Within the community, there is a residents-only clubhouse, community pool, tennis courts, volleyball, basketball and kids play area.

FOR YOUR SAFETY & SECURITY: The villa has child safety door alarms for the pool area. Additionally, there are 3 exterior Blink video security cameras with video recording 24/7 installed at the villa overlooking entrance, rear and side of the house. The villa is located in a safe residential neighborhood. There are smoke alarms, a carbon monoxide detector, a fire extinguisher. You can also find a first aid kit in pantry in kitchen area.
